DAY 1-WYOMING
We crossed into Wyoming around 9AM this morning. Went by the coal mine in Newcastle and hit I 90 at Moorcroft and started west. After a brief stop at the Flying J truck stop in Gillette, we got on the smaller roads. Had a nice foul-up in the Flying J though. When Pat got to the head of the line to pay the bill, they told us the pump had been cleared. The person on the next pump gave the wrong number, charged it and left. They ended up letting us have the diesel at the gas price, minus 5 cents a gallon for cash and then the penny a gallon off for the RV card. Got a great price! We stopped driving about 2PM and are sitting in a campground in Buffalo, WY. Free wi-fi and 75 channel cable TV. An ice-cream parlor is across the street-a bonus. Tomorrow we strike out across the Big Horn mountains towards Cody. Probably there will be a picture added to this later.

WE ALL BEGIN SOMEWHERE
JUNE 19, 2006 We like our friend's blog where they are represented by a live animal or stuffed one. Since we have Beanie Baby type animals representing our former careers, we thought we would "steal" their idea and use them. So come along and follow these guys on our trip. We have been full time RVing since January 1993. When we started E-mail was just in it's infancy and the word blog unknown. For the first four years, I wrote a weekly newsletter to friends and family. Now, since we try to keep up technically with electronic advances, I have decided to start this blog.
